Influenza symptoms

  • Fever, usually high to 102 – 103
  • Cough
  • Runny nose
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue (tiredness)
  • Muscle or body aches

Common Cold

  • Cough
  • Sneezing
  • Headaches
  • Sore throat
  • Watery eyes
  • Runny and or stuff nose
  • Muscle and body aches

Allergies (Hay Fever or allergic rhinitis)

  • Sneezing
  • Itchy, running and or stuff nose
  • Itchy, red, watering eyes

Strep Throat

  • sore throat that can start very quickly.  Usually there is no cough with strep throat.
  • painful swallowing
  • fever
  • red and swollen tonsils, sometimes with white patches or streaks of pus
  • Tiny red spot (petechiae) on the roof of the mouth
  • Swollen lymph nodes in the front of the neck

Ear Infection

  • Ear pain
  • Fever
  • Fussiness, crying or irritability with no other obvious cause
  • Rubbing or tugging at the ears
  • Difficult time going and or staying asleep

COVID-19

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Symptoms appear 2-14 days after exposure with an average of 5 days
