As we move forward in this new time – just a few reminders on how we are striving to keep everyone safe including patients, parents and staff.
- When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and call our office at 501-224-5437 to complete your check in. A nurse will call you when your exam room is available.
- Please check in on Phreesia before you come to the office for an appointment. If you have not started the check- in process on Phreesia, the front office can forward a check in to you from Phreesia so that you can use your personal cell phone to check in.
- We ask that each everyone wear a mask or face covering except for children under 2 years of age. If you don’t have a mask with you, we will have extra cloth masks to share for your use during your visit.
Our waiting rooms are closed to assist us in keeping the clinic disinfected all day as we go through this time of COVID 19. Please check afkpeds.org website for more in-depth explanation of these requests.
