Is your child starting kindergarten next fall?  Kids must have received their 4-year-old immunizations to start most schools.

Is your child attending a camp this summer?  Many camps require immunizations to be up to date.

AFK cannot sign off on referrals for specialists or therapies if they haven’t had a checkup in the last year.

Is your child up to date?  There are shots required for school at 4 years old, 11 years old, and 16 years old.

Has your college bound teen received their meningitis B vaccine yet?  This is recommended by the CDC before starting college.
