Beginning on Tuesday, February 15th, you no longer have to call when you arrive for your
appointment. You’ll now receive a text message from Phreesia that will walk you through the
check-in process.
DO I STILL NEED TO FILL OUT MY PRE-VISIT QUESTIONNAIRE FROM PHRESSIA?
YES! You will now receive a text from Phreesia with your pre-visit questionnaire 2 days before
your visit. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a second text from Phreesia to
check-in for your appointment.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE A TEXT TO CHECK IN BY THE TIME I ARRIVE?
Please call our office at 501-224-5437 if you haven’t received a text to check in by your arrival
time.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY AS THE
APPOINTMENT?
Please call our clinic at 501-224-5437 to cancel or reschedule our appointment on the same
day as the appointment.
WHAT IF I AM GOING TO BE LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please call our clinic at 501-224-5437 to let us know if you will be late for your appointment.
I HAVE MULTIPLE NUMBERS LISTED ON MY ACCOUNT. WHICH NUMBER WILL
RECEIVE THE TEXT TO CHECK IN?
We will be corresponding to whichever number is listed as your primary number.
WHAT IF SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE PRIMARY PARENT WILL BE BRINGING THE
CHILD TO THEIR APPOINTMENT?
The primary phone number will still receive the text for the pre-visit questionnaire and the text
to check in to your appointment. The primary person can either:
1. Forward this text on to the person bringing the child so they can check in OR
2. Respond to the text themselves once the child has arrived at our clinic OR
3. Have the person bringing the child call our office at 501-224-5437 when they arrive
