Tuesday June22, 2010 will be the first step implementing our new Electronic Health Record. This first step will be the transition of the front office from our old computer software to the new software. What this means to you as part of our new system–

  • If you have a copay amount due – it will be collected at the time you check in.
  • The parent or guarantor will need to bring their driver’s license and the patient’s insurance card to be scanned into the patient’s record. This will help us to better protect your health care information, protect against identity theft, and have the most current information for billing to your insurance company.
  • For any appointments on Tuesday June 22 thru the rest of that week – please come 15 minutes early for your appointment.

If you have a balance on your account with our current system that insurance has not paid or a balance on which you are making payments – you will now possibly have 2 separate bills from us at the end of the month.  One from our old computer system and one from our new computer system. They are 2 separate bills and both will need to be paid or payment arrangements made for both.

We are all very excited about the new system and the new capabilities we will have as a practice.  We ask that you be patient with us during the change.
