We apologize if you are having any difficulties getting phone calls dealt with. We have installed a new phone system after 30 years of an old system and the new system went live this afternoon.
Our new system still has a live person answer your call as long as all operators are not already on a call. During peak times, we have 6-8 people answering the phones. If all are on the phone you will have the option of leaving a voice mail to the phone nurse, patient accounts and also a message for the front desk to call you back instead of getting a busy signal. If you leave a message, please leave your name, the patient’s name and date of birth and the phone number to return the call to. Please state those items slowly and clearly so the staff can understand your message and return your call.
